Bedrijfswagen schade: zo beperk je stilstand met de juiste onderdelen

Van damage: reduce downtime with the right parts

When a van is off the road, the lead time of one visible part is not the only concern. Missing fixings, the wrong specification or late-discovered secondary damage can delay the repair again. A complete assessment before ordering reduces that risk.

Map the complete damage

First have the vehicle assessed for safe movement and repair. Photograph wide views, damaged zones, gaps and mountings. Behind a door, bumper or lamp, inspect brackets, hinges, locks, wiring, sensors and adjacent panels.

Create one verified parts list

Record VIN, registration data, model, generation, L/H size, side, paint code and OE numbers. Separate essential main parts, fixings, electrical components and items that may be reusable.

Coordinate stock, delivery and installation

Confirm included components and current availability before booking workshop time. Sequence delivery inspection, refinishing and installation. Replacing cameras, sensors or lighting may also require diagnosis or calibration.

Checklist before ordering

  • Safety and damage professionally assessed
  • Wide and detail photos taken
  • VIN, specification and paint code recorded
  • OE number listed for each part
  • Included parts and stock confirmed
  • Paint, fitting and diagnosis planned

Note: fitment can vary by model year, generation and specification. Always verify the OE number and vehicle details before ordering.

Find a matching part

Find required body parts by category and use one complete vehicle and parts record for every fitment check.
