Return policy – AllDriveParts

AllDriveParts mainly sells used original commercial vehicle parts. We also occasionally offer new aftermarket parts. We primarily supply garages, body shops, traders and businesses with their own commercial vehicle.

All parts are carefully inspected before being offered. Any damage is clearly visible in the product photos and marked with arrows, so you know exactly what you are buying. Because these are used parts, our return policy reflects the nature of our products and customers.

Return period

Returns are accepted only after consultation and approval by AllDriveParts. Business customers (B2B) do not have a standard right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Private customers (B2C) have the statutory 14-day cooling-off period after receipt, provided the part is returned undamaged, unused and in the same condition as delivered.

Return conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The part must be in the same condition as at delivery.
  • It must not have been installed, tested or modified.
  • The return request must be reported within five business days after receipt to info@alldriveparts.nl, stating the order number, registration or vehicle type, and including clear photos of the part.

Returns without prior approval are not accepted.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electronic parts such as ECUs, sensors and modules.
  • Parts with signs of use or damage arising after delivery.
  • Custom-ordered or specially reserved parts.
  • Parts damaged or modified during installation.

Damage or incorrect delivery

Inspect the parts immediately upon receipt. If a part is delivered damaged or does not match your order, report this within 48 hours to info@alldriveparts.nl with photos and the order number. We assess the report and, where justified, arrange replacement or reimbursement.

Refunds

After approval and receipt of the return, the purchase amount is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time. Both the original shipping costs and return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
