General terms and conditions – Alldriveparts

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Entrepreneur: Alldriveparts, located at Zoutwinningsweg 20J, 7554 RP Hengelo (Ov), Chamber of Commerce number: 97128570, VAT number: NL005251481B91.
  • Customer: any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Alldriveparts.

  • Agreement: any agreement between Alldriveparts and the customer concerning the delivery of products.

  • Consumer: a customer who is a natural person and who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business.

Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Alldriveparts and to every agreement concluded between Alldriveparts and the customer.

  2. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

  3. If one or more provisions are null and void or annulled, the remaining provisions will remain fully in force.



Article 3 – Offer and agreement

  1. All offers on the website are without obligation.

  2. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer and fulfillment of the conditions set.

  3. Alldriveparts is entitled to refuse an order or to impose additional conditions.

  4. After placing an order, Alldriveparts will contact the customer if necessary to check whether the ordered part fits the specified vehicle.

  5. The customer is responsible for providing correct vehicle information.


Article 4 – Prices and payments

  1. All prices stated are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Shipping costs are listed separately.

  3. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered.

  4. In the event of late payment, Alldriveparts has the right to terminate or suspend the agreement.


Article 5 – Delivery

  1. Delivery will take place at the address specified by the customer.

  2. Alldriveparts strives to ship within the stated delivery time, but is not bound by this.

  3. The risk of damage and/or loss lies with Alldriveparts until the moment of delivery to the customer.


Article 6 – Returns and right of withdrawal

  1. General
    1.1 Alldriveparts mainly sells used original parts for commercial vehicles.
    1.2 All parts are carefully inspected beforehand. Any damage is clearly visible in product photos and marked with arrows, so the customer sees exactly what is being delivered.
    1.3 Returns will only be accepted after consultation and written approval from Alldriveparts.

  2. For business customers (B2B)
    2.1 Returns and complaints from business customers will only be processed if:
    2.1.1 Report in writing within 48 hours of receipt via info@alldriveparts.nl , stating the order number and clear photos.
    2.1.2 Must be formally requested within 5 working days of delivery and may only be returned after written approval.
    2.1.3 The part is in the same condition as on delivery, not assembled, tested or modified.
    2.1.4 Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
    2.2 Both the original shipping costs and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  3. For consumers (B2C)
    3.1 The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, provided that the part is undamaged, unused and in the same condition as upon delivery.
    3.2 Damage or incorrect delivery must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt, including photos and order number.
    3.3 General return requests must be submitted within 5 business days and will only be accepted after consultation and written approval from Alldriveparts.
    3.4 The return costs and original shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    3.5 Refunds will be made within 10 working days after receipt and approval of the return.

  4. Exclusions
    4.1 Returns are excluded for:
    4.1.1 Electronic components (such as ECUs, sensors and modules).
    4.1.2 Parts with signs of use or damage that occurred after delivery.
    4.1.3 Specially ordered or custom-reserved parts.
    4.1.4 Parts that have been mounted or modified.

Article 7 – Warranty and conformity

  1. Alldriveparts guarantees that the parts supplied correspond to the description on the website.

  2. The warranty will be void in case of incorrect or improper use, installation or modification of the part.

  3. The customer is obliged to report any defect or error in writing within 48 hours of discovery.


Article 8 – Complaints procedure

  1. Complaints or claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receipt via info@alldriveparts.nl , stating order number and clear photos.

  2. Alldriveparts will assess the report and aim for a solution within 10 working days.

  3. Complaints and returns will not be accepted without prior consultation and written agreement.

  4. If a complaint cannot be resolved through consultation, the consumer can turn to a dispute committee or via the European Commission's ODR platform.


Article 9 – Force Majeure

  1. Alldriveparts is not obliged to fulfil any obligations in the event of force majeure, including: disruptions, strikes, illness, delays at suppliers or other circumstances beyond its control.


Article 10 – Liability

  1. Alldriveparts' liability is limited to the purchase amount.

  2. Alldriveparts is not liable for consequential damage, business damage or indirect damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

  3. Technical data and product information are provided to the best of our knowledge, but no rights can be derived from them.


Article 11 – Applicable law

  1. Dutch law applies to all legal relationships with Alldriveparts.

  2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Alldriveparts has its registered office.
